For mosques
Nothing to buy, nothing to install, no fee. Your mosque's page already exists in the ministry's register; managing it means the times become right.
What the mosque gets
- A public page with the ministry's adhan times, the Iqamah time as the mosque reports it, this week's lessons, and the Ramadan schedule in season.
- A screen in the hall: a web page opened on a television you already have — times all week, the QR board from the Jumu'ah adhan, captions automatically when a session starts. Nothing is bought and nothing is installed.
- A report every Friday evening to the mosque's administrators: how many worshippers read the khutbah and in which languages, what was reported and what was done. No khutbah topic, no summary of what was said, no assessment of the khateeb.
Confirming the Iqamah: two taps
Most Fridays nothing changes. Open Times and tap Confirm all five prayer times; the confirmation date under the numbers moves on the mosque's page and the hall screen at once. We do not announce times on a mosque's behalf: the ministry determines them, and the mosque reports its Iqamah.
Live translation: four documents
It is switched on only when all four exist:
- two verified administrators;
- the imam's or khateeb's recorded consent to voice capture, revocable in one message with capture stopping the same Friday;
- the board's written permission for a device on the internal sound system;
- and a ministry no-objection naming this mosque and its two administrators.
Documents, not tick boxes — none of them can be set from the dashboard.
The kit
A small passive box: it takes a copy of the signal from the amplifier's record output through an isolator, sends nothing back, and is never inline with the sound system. Fifteen minutes to install where the amplifier has a REC OUT — which we establish from a photograph of its back panel before anyone visits.
The entrance notice
A prayer-and-lecture-times sheet under MD 955/2010 Art. 40: times first, then lessons, then one line and a code. Five languages on one sheet, Arabic on top. The wording is confirmed with the ministry in writing before anything is printed. No sponsor mark ever appears on a notice in the prayer hall.
What Munib does not do
It asks the mosque for no money, collects no donations, shows no advertising, records no madhhab, publishes no administrator's name (the administration appears as "the administration"), and ranks, scores or badges no mosque. It contacts a mosque exactly three times, each with a reason: before Ramadan, at twelve months, and when two worshipper reports disagree with the published value.
