The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose Monday after the House of Representatives passed a more than $1 trillion infrastructure spending bill. 

The Dow rose 104 points, or 0.3%, after the index climbed 203 points Friday to close at 36,327. The SP 500 gained 0.1%. The Nasdaq Composite gained 0.1%. All three indexes ended last week at all-time highs.
